Random idea for the day

well, really this was yesterday's random idea, but I'm putting it up today, so deal with it. :-) I want a meat-bread. I just don't really care for bread, but it's hard to make sandwiches without it. So what I want is a meat that works like a bread, it can't be messy, has to be at least as rigid as bread for a sandwich, but still soft and easy to chew, needs to taste like meat and have the nutritional value of meat. Bread carbs are just bad for you. Meat, on the other hand, is high in protein instead of carbs. Now I'm not sure what I'd call this yet. "Meat loaf" was suggested yesterday, but that's already taken and might get confusing if I try to steal the name. Anyone have any name suggestions? Oh, and I'm not too sure how to make it yet either, so suggestions for that would be welcome too. :-D
